After constant testing and improvement in appearance and materials, the latest version of the diffuser was finally made from a mold. In terms of materials, the resin silicone material of the previous generation has been upgraded to a full silicone material. In addition to being more elastic, the soft cover can effectively prevent damage to Goal Zero due to impact, and the overall durability is greatly improved. Due to the soft properties of silicone, the new version of the diffuser is suitable for both Goal Zero Lighthouse Micro Flash and Charge versions, solving the problem of the previous generation requiring heating, softening and disassembly. At the same time, the new material is relatively more stable under ultraviolet light, which greatly improves the yellowing problem of the previous generation.

In terms of appearance, we redesigned the shape of the diffuser after collecting opinions from all parties. First, we thickened the part of the Goal Zero light to make the projected light significantly softer. We also tested the mixing ratio of different whites to achieve the effect of scattering light without excessively weakening the brightness. We then covered it with circular diagonal cuts, so that strong light can be transmitted through the gaps in the cuts, mixing soft light, and better Control overall brightness.

Finally, we returned the distinctive luminous ring design to the latest design. Even after turning off the lamp, it can still turn into a mark in the dark outdoors. In addition, in addition to the original green luminous ring, we also hope to add luminous rings of different colors in the future to give everyone a different atmosphere.
