【產品開發的理念】

充滿「創意」歷史的不易破碎咖啡壺

在以洋食器聞名的新潟縣燕市，曙產業持續創造出創新的塑料廚具。
當我參觀他們的工廠時，整齊美麗的生產線展現在眼前，隨處可見為實現小批量多品種生產所做的努力。

特別讓我印象深刻的是他們從金型製造到成型的全過程自家完成。
這種自給自足的生產模式追求可持續性、產品開發的靈活性及徹底的品質管理，真是製造業的典範。

這背後是創始人大山治郎先生的故事，他堅信「試煉也是恩惠」，在戰後的混亂中奮鬥，建立了公司的基礎。
*產品預計於七月上旬到達

經過艱難歲月培養出的技術與熱情至今仍在延續，推動著創新的製作。

這款「咖啡壺」正是這種努力的結晶。
其圓錐台設計突顯了高透明度的「Tritan」魅力，但實際上這種形狀是普通樹脂成型方法無法實現的。
當我詢問製作方法時，技術人員輕鬆地回答：「在一個金型中分別上下成型，然後在型內焊接。」
這種名為「DSI成型」的特殊技術，據說在日本只有曙產業能夠做到。

此次，我們特別請求製作了清晰黑色的版本。
這是曙產業與FEDECA的合作，創造出超越玻璃的咖啡壺。
手握此作品，能感受到曙產業的歷史與靈魂。

我們希望通過這款產品，讓大家的咖啡時光更加豐富與溫暖。
