A brief introduction to X-Mid Pro 1 / Pro 2:
The most unique thing about Durston's X-Mid is its extremely large internal space. Due to the geometric design of the bottom, it can be very light (Pro 1 - 465g / Pro 2 - 555g) but has a huge footprint. The internal space (Pro 1 - 90” x 32” / Pro 2 90” x 48”) allows you to put a standard 183cm long sleeping mat inside, and there is still room for your head and feet to place a backpack, etc. The wind and rain resistance is also excellent. In addition to using DCF high-strength waterproof fabric, the four sides of the camp fabric are also extended to block rainwater. When facing wind and snow, X-Mid's geometric design can also effectively remove wind and buried snow. The X-Mid only requires 4 nails to lift. Of course, there are additional pull points to drop the nails if you want it to be more stable.

One of the most eye-catching features is its front hall. Pro 1 and Pro 2 are all double-door designs. Due to their geometric bevel design, basically the entire front space can be used unobstructed after the doors are hung. Of course, you can also use extra tree branches, hiking poles, etc. to prop up the door to make a small canopy, so the practical space in the front hall is very large. The Pack size is only 4.5” x 10”, which is extremely small. Note that Set up of X-Mid requires a pair of hiking poles/1m25 long support.
