High Tail Designs 設計的Stuff Sack Pillow 專門設計為提供足夠闊度同高度嘅枕頭，Pillow 為雙面設計，正面可用佢正常Stuff sack 6L使用，內裡反面則為Polartec PowerGrid Fleece，令枕面又軟又輕身。簡單夜晚在睡覺前放入不穿的衣物等就可用作枕頭使用，日頭則可用作收納物品行走使用。

雖然拉鍊為seam taped，但非全防水。
