退貨及更換 Return & Exchange

退款

政策的有效期限為 7天。如果自購買日後已超過 7天,請恕我們無法為您提供退款或換貨服務。僅限於商品有瑕疵或損壞的情況下,我們才會退貨。 為符合退貨資格,商品必須未經使用,而且狀態與剛收到時無異,也必須保持原包裝。

為完成退貨程序,您必須提供收據或購買證明。 一旦收到並檢驗完您退貨的商品後,我們將透過電子郵件通知您已收到您退貨的商品。此外也會通知您退款通過核准或遭拒。 如果退款通過核准,我們將會處理您的退款,並在特定天數內自動將款項退回您的信用卡或原本的付款方式。

特價商品
只有原價商品才能進行退款,特價商品恕無法退款。

換貨
僅限於商品有瑕疵或損壞的情況下,我們才會更換商品。如果您需要更換相同品項,請傳送電子郵件到 nothingblue.official@gmail.com 並將您的商品寄至「旺角彌敦道608號總統商業大廈10樓06室」。

退回商品時,您將須自行負擔運送成本。運送成本不可退款。如果您收到退款,退款內會扣除退貨運送成本。

Refund Policy
The validity period of the refund policy is 7 days. If it has been more than 7 days since the purchase date, we apologize that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange service. We only do refund if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in its original packaging.

To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the item(s) you returned, we will notify you via email that we have received the returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund, and the refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. 

Special sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to nothingblue.official@gmail.com and mail your item to "Flat 1006, President Commercial Centre, 608 Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Hong Kong".

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
